Programme Manager recruitment

Description:

A leading global bank requires a Programme Manager to join their expanding team in Dublin. The successful candidate will join a team of circa 10 people and will be comfortable in delivering large projects on time and on budget. Ideally the candidate will have experience from a large US corporate style culture (i.e a Bank).

The candidate will also have had exposure to Fund Accounting/Administration, TA or Global Custody functionalities.

The successful applicant will be tasked with full programme delivery and the end to end implementation of several large high profile projects.

The key responsibilities of the Programme Manager will include:

  • To create the governance model required to manage and oversee the entire implementation process
  • Be the first and last point of contact for the client
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder requests
  • Own and manage the entire project
  • Set up and control the entire change management and control process
  • Review on an on-going basis post implementation tests to ensure the project has been completed to a satisfactory standard

Qualifications/requirements:

  • Proven ability in the deliverance of large scale projects (8+ years)
  • Extensive funds knowledge
  • Excellent operational and technology change expertise
  • Third level education
  • Project Management certificate
