Programme Manager recruitment

You will be accountable for overseeing all functions and processes relating to activities of project managers(s) working on the Programme. You will direct, manage and coordinate all aspects of delivery including those aspects provided by 3rd party suppliers, regulators and other external organisations.

Main accountabilities

-Exercises overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the Programme to plan, budget and agreed quality and governance standards

-Manages suppliers in line with agreed contractual obligations and quality standards

-Provides day to day direction to a programme team

-Ensures the Programme resource plan is maintained and met and that appropriately skilled and experienced individuals are appointed in line with delivery plans.

Key requirements

-Knowledge of bank products, wealth management and private banking and services in the group and works with IT teams

-Expert in managing high profile/large budget Programme within a large global organisation and in an international environment

-Must have a strong track record of managing large complex business change and technical change programmes of strategic significance

-Demonstrable record of managing programme budgets effectively, and delivering within budgetary constraints
