Programme Manager recruitment

Our client, a leading investment bank, currently seeks a Programme Manager, to be based in London

The Programme Manager will be responsible for:

-Assisting the function head to formulate and shape the book of work
-Assisting the function head to ensure the book of work is prioritised and aligns to functional
and business strategy
-Reviewing the business case for each project and ensure that it is consistent with other
business cases
-Building and maintaining a tracking tool and reporting process for all project benefits

As such, the successful Programme Manager will have the following skills and experience:

-Solid and broad experience of working at a senior level with large multi-project and multi-
stakeholder programmes in an international investment bank
-Broad overall understanding of investment banking
-Overall knowledge of the Client interface / onboarding and associated processes within an
investment bank
-Experience in tracking and managing portfolio and project costs
-Experience in pulling together portfolio status summaries for presentation to senior
stakeholders and steering committees
