Programme Manager recruitment

Exciting Change Manager Role within the Corporate Banking Division based in Birmingham. The Programme Manager's role is to coordinate manage the delivery of change activity that spans Corporate Banking and the overall investment prioritisation process.

Our client's goal is to be a Centre of Excellence for the delivery of change in Corporate Banking, working with the front-line businesses, making it easier for them to do business in support of the Division's strategic objectives.

The team manages strategic projects delivering major change and mandatory programmes, as well as many smaller change initiatives across Corporate Banking whilst ensuring appropriate business

Purpose of the role.

Plan, organise, control and deliver multiple business level projects within the Programme portfolio through project teams OR manage large projects on own. Likely to be working direct for project sponsor or for Lead Programme Manager with limited supervision

Ensuring the project deliverables are capable of achieving the benefits defined in the business case.

Collaborate with project sponsors / stakeholders to ensure the business requirement is clearly defined and documented • 

Define the scope of the project, own and manage project goals, risks, issues and resources Extensive liaison and direct contact with a diverse range of businesses and functions.

The Individual

•  Significant Change Management experience and recognised as a project management practitioner

•  Comprehensive functional knowledge of Business Operations and processes and related Technology

•  Project Lifecycle planning and delivery of projects of 6 months duration

•  Commercial acumen including third party management with a track record of benefits delivery and cost centre management

•  Proven track record of end-to-end delivery

•  Previous experience of managing multi disciplinary teams

•  Communicating verbally and in writing to inform and persuade up to Director level
