Programme Manager – Regulatory change – 150k recruitment
A leading Investment Bank seek experienced Programme Managers with solid backgrounds delivering IT change programmes in Capital Markets. Candidates will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the bank and work on very current and high profile change initiatives.
THE ROLE:
- Developing the capabilities and structures that are ultimately required to make the firm resolvable/recoverable from a technology perspective.
- Identifying alignment/overlaps between regulatory requirements and enablers of the firm's revenue strategy (e.g. enhanced capital management and liquidity capabilities).
- Deployment of multi entity technology capabilities across the organisation.
- Definition of 'Service Company' models for Group technology in the context of bank failure resolution planning.
- Structuring of work streams relating to capital and liquidity management.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Extensive Programme Management.
- Knowledge of Basel (II or III).
- Consulting background.
- Strong front to back Investment Banking knowledge.
- Market risk knowledge (VAR etc) also useful.
- Significant change experience.
