Programme Manager, Regulatory implementation, i-bank, 12 months, $1.2M to $1.8M HKD per annum recruitment
You will work closely with a number of business unit heads and the key project sponsor to:
• Lead on the implementation of new processes, policies and systems across a number of regional satellite offices
• Provide a structured project management capability
• Consolidate the activities of as number of existing in-house subject matter experts
• Ensure compliance with new regulation on a regional basis.
Ideally, you will have experience of:
• Executing complex programmes or change initiatives in a global banking markets environment
• Client engagement or some exposure / subject matter expertise across functions interacting with clients such as client on-boarding, KYC, account opening.
• Strong project execution methodology, change management and consulting skills
• The ability to effectively work with senior stakeholders
• Prior experience of executing regulatory projects is desirable but not essential
This is a high profile regional role where strong programme management skills are the key pre-requisite. The successful candidate will be hired on an external consulting basis. Further internal opportunities may be available in the long term.
