Programme Manager/Director
My client is a Tier 1 Investment Bank (IB), the agenda is very much change in 2013 as such they are looking for proven change programme manager/director from within Investment Banking (pre-requisite). We are looking for individuals with a “Consulting Approach” to change i.e. from the BIG 4 or more niche specialist consultancies, who have a broad but deep/wide understanding of Investment Banks from Risk (Market, Credit Ops), Regulatory (EMIR, FATCA, Dodd Frank, AML/Financial Crime etc..), IT Technology (including OMS STP), Asset Classes Terminology, Operations etc... You will be comfortable being parachuted into senior stakeholders anywhere in the IB, quickly understanding the requirement just how to deliver against it. You will be a change professional, who has the ability to seamlessly transition a client from a state of BAU through one of change successfully deliver, leaving behind a robust substantial legacy. Please note we are not looking for subject matter experts in 1 specific area, you must be a chameleon of change instilling confidence in my client.
