Programme Office Assistant needed for a high-level school of management with international scope and a large-scale European institution.
£20k plus benefits.

live in reasonable distance to North West London
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for ..... Europe students enquiries (face-to-face, phone and email)
- Co-ordinate and enable effective communication between different groups of students regarding accommodation (i.e. those with rooms to spare and those seeking a room)
- In conjunction with tutors, manage and coordinate of the tutorial process;
- Photocopy handouts and other programme office materials;
- Ensure that relevant course materials, handouts and other programme office documentation are placed in student pigeon holes as directed by tutors and other programme office staff;
- Assist with the set up and maintenance of student records;
- Produce standard student letters such as bank letters, council tax letters, confirmation of enrolment;
- Maintain stocks of London Transport Student discount card applications
- Monitor and maintain stationery supplies for the programme office;
- Be responsible for assisting the administrative and secretarial support for the Masters in Management (both MIM and PMY) and Master in European Business (MEB):
o Issue student certificates, transcripts and individual examination letters
o Assist with the preparation and updating of student handbooks, internship handbooks and essential guide, ensuring that information provided is accurate and that student needs are met;
o Assist with the preparation, printing and distribution of the course outlines
o Assisting with the set up and invigilation of examinations;
o Deal with student concerns and problems, referring them to the appropriate person where necessary;
o Assist with student registration and induction programme;
o Provide assistance at registration and enrolment of students;
o Assist with the preparation for Jury and external examiners meeting – preparing documents and photocopying exam scripts
o Collect, track and check for completeness of student coursework, assignments, projects and group works;
o Prepare statistics where necessary.

Receive, record and file, as appropriate, authorisation forms, all reports, letters and other communications from students and companies relating the student’s
So this is a challenging and varied role and must be used to working under pressure and to deadlines.
