Programme Office Manager/ Senior PMO recruitment

My client, a highly respected Wealth Manager, is urgently seeking a proactive and highly motivated VP level Programme Office Manager to work within Operations Change. In this role you will be accountable for the change budget, resource management, governance framework and all control procedures in addition to reporting and scheduling of activities across Operations Change.

As the Senior PMO your duties will include:

*Management of the team of Managers Analysts (currently 3 FTE) providing guidance and line management oversight to day to day priorities, capacity and workload.
*Supporting the Change programme and ensuring that all Change projects across Operations are delivering the agreed benefits, on time, to budget and are of the highest quality.
*Maintenance of key project controls. The role holder will be accountable for defining and monitoring adherence to all key processes including Governance processes.
*Maintaining control and review process to ensure all projects within the portfolio are carried out in a professional manner, and comply with procedures quality standards.
*Influencing senior stakeholders across the organisation. Ensure absolute clarity on the full range of stakeholders impacted by the project/ programme, and the level of involvement/ buy-in, and communications needed.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Senior PMO/ Business Manager and have a high familiarity with programme processes. You will have strong financial management experience across cost centres and have a value-based business perspective. Candidates with previous Wealth Management experience will have a distinct advantage while extensive experience managing senior stakeholders within Financial Services is required.
