Programme / Project Manager
Due to their continued success, the firm is looking for additional highly credible Programme / Project Managers with a demonstrable track record of delivery, a proven ability to operate with minimal supervision and the ability to integrate effectively within a client organisation.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering large complex client programmes and/or projects covering the full project life-cycle, with a strong understanding of structured project management
- Experience of working in financial services, across front- and back-office functions and in multiple asset classes
- Demonstrable strategic analysis, problem solving, issue resolution and decision making skills
- Able to operate effectively at all levels and possessing the gravitas to deal with senior stakeholders but also not afraid to roll their sleeves up, get into the detail and to do what it takes to get the job done
- Effective relationship management and influencing skills
- Drive, commitment and accountability
- Good communication (oral, written and presentation) skills
