Programme / Project Manager Job in City Of London, London UK

My Financial Services client, based in London and Edinburgh are currently recruiting a number of Change Management candidates at Programme Management and Project Management for a Major Finance Transformation programme. The considered Project Managers and Programme Managers will be considered for roles on there experience within delivering Projects and Programmes.

Project Manager
Reporting into a Programme Manager the successful Project Manager will be responsible for:

- Managing and controlling the delivery of projects or work streams ensuring delivery
- Lead/Contribute to the delivery of diverse Finance Projects ensuring delivery to agreed business plans
- Engage with Stakeholders both within Finance and the divisions to influence to influence the direction if projects/programmes and deliver desired outcomes
- Support the management of resources
- Governance of programmes and projects to desired standards

Knowledge and Skills Desired:
- Finance Project Change delivery expertise
- Detailed Project Management expertise
- Preferable Accountancy qualification
- Experience in complex programme planning and delivery management
- Experience of complex project management

Programme Manager
Reporting into the Programme Director, the Programme Manager will be required to Lead, direct and control large scale Finance Change Programmes:
- Risk Compliance Regulatory Management
- Delivery Change Improvement
- Relationship management at Director level

Skills and Experience Required
- Programme Management of Finance Change Programmes including Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Organisational Change and System Change
- Finance Delivery Driven
- Management of Project Staff
