Our client is a leading provider of ecommerce and interactive marketing services for the world's premier brands and retailers. They offer a broad solutions suite designed to power each aspect of a customers online business and effectively integrate with their other channels. Their advanced technology, fulfilment, customer care and interactive marketing services enable clients to elevate the consumer experience and cost-effectively sustain it over time. Following a recent business integration the company is actively seeking to engage a Programme Manager to lead and develop the members of the project and solutions team.

Reporting to the Operations Director the main thrust of this position will be the overall management of operations change, including new client integrations, internal change, and existing client operations. This role will also be responsible for the coordination and delivery of all live projects on budget and time, risk management, quotations, cost controls, management of onsite contractors and certain aspects of procurement. You will be responsible for monitoring and analysing the effective delivery of services to a client after their business goes live, to ensure that all benefits envisaged during the process design are realised, and to close down an integration project after successful launch and conduct a benefits analysis in a systematic manner, ensuring all documentation is complete and document lessons learnt. As this business is global, it is important that strong relationships are built with teams on an international basis.

Of graduate calibre and possessing a recognised Project management qualification, the successful individual will possess a minimum of five years project/programme experience, have excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills. You will be adept at managing costs and budgets, appreciate risk management analysis and mitigation and preferably have a fundamental understanding of fulfilment, warehousing and customer service operations. European experience would be a distinct advantage, as would the ability to communicate in another European language.
