Community Care Behavioral Health Organization (Community Care) is currently seeking candidates for a full-time Programmer - Intermediate (ASP.NET) to support the Internet Strategy Department in our downtown Pittsburgh location. This web developer will work to expand Community Care's capabilities on our secure web portal as well as on our public web site.  In this
position, the web developer will have a chance to expand their skills in a collaborative work environment on high visibility, fast-paced projects.  This person will have the opportunity to define technical requirements and develop complex computer applications using  ASP.NET, C#, and other current technologies. The work hours for this position are standard daylight business hours, Monday through Friday, may be required to maintain a stand by status as part of a rotation within the team. This requires 24 hours per day, 7 days per week availability during the stand by period.  The frequency varies based upon the number of colleagues in the rotation.


Basic Qualifications:

- Strong experience with Microsoft Web UI development sills (3+ years of experience) is strongly preferred

- Strong experience with ASP.Net/C# development is strongly preferred

- Thorough knowledge of .NET framework and web technologies is strongly preferred

- Experience with C#, CSS, Javascript, HTML, object-oriented designed, multi-tier development, iQuery, DHTML, XML, Web Services, and SQL Server 2005/2008 is strongly preferred

- Demonstrated skills in cross-browser UI developments is preferred

- Strong communication, problem solving, prioritization, and organizational skills is preferred

- Experience working with (WCF) Windows Communication Foundation framework is preferred

- Experience developing with PHP and MySQL is preferred
