General Summary
· Work with a team of 2 to 5 developers to design, develop, and implement Oracle Forms and PL/SQL applications for Revenue Systems
· Utilize program specifications to code and implement new business functionality using Oracle Forms and PL/SQL
· Analyze existing Oracle Forms and PL/SQL and modify code to support new business requirements
· Analyze Oracle Forms and PL/SQL program defects and make corrections
· Unit test and assist with system integration testing
· Participate in design and code reviews with peers
· Complete System related documentation
· Provide second level support for Revenue applications

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Typically has 2-5 years equivalent work experience in an IT/Engineering environment.
