Programmer Analyst I, II, III, Sr., Interactive Technologies Job in Houston, Texas US

The successful candidate will develop and maintain the ICOPhone IVRS systems and all associated elements.
Role Responsibility
- Program and develop IVRS projects at all levels of complexity as designed in a timely manner in adherence with ICON SOPs and appropriate project specifications.
- Keep individual project development costs within budget.
- Liaise with Interactive Technologies Project Manager
- Keep Interactive Technologies Project Manager and Programming Group Manager informed of project status in relation to quality, timelines and budget.
- Ability to thoroughly review and provide feedback on Technical Design Specifications, Functional Design Specifications, and User Requirements.
- Write study installation procedures
- Prepare perform code review of IVR systems
- Ability to thoroughly component test code to minimize the number of programming errors found in Validation.
- Assist other programmers with tasks as needed including install procedures, code reviews, component testing, and programming.
- Ability to complete projects and other tasks on time with little or no supervision.
- Mentor and assist other programmers in the group as needed.
- Other related responsibilities may be assigned as required by the needs of the department.
Experience Qualification
- Must possess a University/Bachelor's degree in medicine, science or equivalent degree/experience.
- Technical writing experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Javascript experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience with SQL/T-SQL or equivalent applicable experience.
- Ability to successfully balance multiple projects and timelines.
- Ability to liaise successfully with other team members, understand and program design of all levels of complexity.
- Extensive problem solving and debugging skills.
