Hilmar Cheese Company is currently seeking two (2) programmer analysts: one (1) specializing in QMS and one (1) specializing in MES. Description: Programmer Analyst - QMS Emphasis on quality management systems (QMS) knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment. Provides technical leadership and experience to align process architectures and systems with process improvement management. This is accomplished in conjunction the software development lifecycle, project management, and business integration of quality management systems and procedures, business process management (BPM) tools, and document management systems and controls (DMS). 3-5 years hands-on experience with information technology and design, development and operation of most or all of the following: quality management systems, document management systems, and/or business process management. systems Quality procedures and management Life cycle management Version control Change management (check-out and check-in) Audit trail Document security and profiling Metadata design and development Search and retrieval Business process workflow and controls ISO standards and procedures Senior level knowledge of one or more programming languages for program development. These include C#, C++, C, Visual Basic, Java, or other object-oriented and scripting languages. Experience may also include use of procedural languages, ASP, and .net framework. Working knowledge of relational databases and associated tools, and SQL language for data structuring and data access methods. Ability to apply skill set in working with all areas of the business to identify solutions, develop software, and deliver projects successfully. Description: Programmer Anayst - MES Looking for an individual with knowledge and experience in manufacturing execution systems (MES). This position provides technical knowledge and experience in project and software lifecycle management for complex software solutions in a process manufacturing environment. 3-5 years hands-on experience with information technology and manufacturing execution systems (MES) Product definition management Resource management Production scheduling processes from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or specialized Advanced planning and scheduling systems Production orders dispatching and execution Production data collection. Production performance analysis. Applied understanding of multiple level relationships of industrial control and management systems design, processing, data collection, integration, and reporting with particular experience for levels 3 and 4, namely: Design and supply of systems for planning, recipe management, scheduling, track trace, quality record management. Interfaces to ERP systems and other business management systems such as lab information management (LIMS), warehouse management (WMS), customer relationship management (CRM), human resource management (HRMS), labor management (LMS), maintenance management (CMMS), and supply chain management (SCM). Middleware and business-to-manufacturing markup language integration (B2MML) definition, methods, and systems. Working knowledge of relational databases and associated tools, and SQL language for data structuring and data access methods.
