Programmer Analyst Job in Tulsa 74120, Oklahoma US

The Programmer Analyst is responsible for designing and delivering effective IT solutions for the agency’s programs that result in the most efficient and effective service delivery supporting best possible client services. Supports the EHR system implementation, working with program management and EHR/Program Technology Director on specific tasks and projects related to the EHR system.

DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide Data Reporting Analysis

  1. Prepare ETL processes for BI and data reporting.
  2. Create models, analysis services cubes and SQL reporting services reports as needed.
  3. Evaluate agency program and grant needs and design and create systems for data
    collection and reporting for internal and external audiences.
  4. Coordinate with internal and external groups to automate the delivery of outcomes,
    business intelligence information, and reports.
  5. Assist in analysis of business information needs by working with technology, finance, and program leadership staff to develop and implement plans and designs to
    meet agency program needs


EHR Other Systems Support

  1. Create new and maintain existing applications to work with Electronic Health Record,
    agency content management system, and other networked systems interacting with
    the Electronic Health Record.
  2. Provide support and training for custom developed software and reporting tools
  3. Interface with vendors and coordinate software problem diagnosis with these vendors
  4. Analyze, identify, and resolve software issues.
  5. Assist in MS SQL database maintenance and configuration, design, and tuning
  6. Secure and validate that all systems maintain client confidentiality and comply with
    all regulations and requirements.
  7. Assist in project management requiring interaction with technology vendors, consultants
    and agency staff.
  8. Perform special projects from time to time, as may be assigned, with appropriate
    prioritization in coordination with the Chief Information Officer and EHR
    director.
  9. Work in a variety of application

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline; 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) through all phases of the project lifecycle (scoping, planning, requirements gathering, design, developments, testing, go live, and production support); 5+
years working in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, and/or BI Developer role; 4+ years in .Net development, database design and system analysis; 3+ years experience in data warehouse, reporting systems and data modeling; Hands-on experience with all aspects of architecting, designing, developing, testing and implementing ETL solutions; Strong knowledge of Object-oriented Design and Analysis; Strong database and reporting skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability
to multitask; Prefer experience with Electronic Health Record System programming (preferably Credible EHR Systems).
