Programmer – Fund Manager
My client is a prestigious fund manager based in central London and an extremely exciting role has been released with them to join their Development team as a Programmer. They are looking for a ‘superstar’ when it comes to programming. The right candidate has to be extremely switched on and extremely technical and they are rewarded very well for these skills.
You will be entering a very fast moving environment that is full of very switched on people. With a constant flow of new projects and tasks always coming up, it is a very exciting place to work.
Responsibilities:
•Designing and Architecting development projects.
•Building tools and programs as and when they are needed.
•Pro-actively building new tools and programs.
•Working on current projects and working on anything else that comes up.
•Code and de-bug any issues that may arise very quickly and with ease.
Requirements:
•Extremely deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies, especially C# .Net (WPF, WCF, ASP .net), SQL Server and SQL.
•A wide knowledge of different programming languages, including but not limited to, Java, HTML, Javascript, CSS, F#, Scala, Q and C++.
•Very strong programming speed, with the ability to instantly understand a new set of code and be able to improve it very quickly.
•Must have a passion for programming and coding, doing it outside of working hours.
•Fantastic attitude to hard work, ambitious and superb communication skills.
