Client has a need for a programmer/analyst. This is a right-to-hire position.

The ideal candidate will have a background that includes a few years in IT, programming for business, not system software. Candidates need to have very good SQL skills and know SSRS, SSIS, and .NET programming; Java is a plus, COGNOS is a plus. Healthcare or healthcare services experience would be a plus.

Team player, excellent communication skills, self-initiative, and a high level of professionalism are required.
