Project Accountant – Equity Derivatives (London) recruitment
The Volcker rule is a US regulation that prohibits prop trading and sponsorship of covered funds, but gives sanction to 'market-making'. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering daily metrics required to grant this exemption:
- Work closely with Change Management, IT and Core Finance.
- Support the project delivery for Equities Europe.
- Data identification, collection, analysis and testing for metrics to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Skills/Experience
- Good analytical skills and ability to work competently with Access/Excel.
- Knowledge of Equity Derivatives/Equities.
- Experience of working within a Product Control function.
- Accountancy qualifications would be useful.
- Degree qualified.
