A new permanent job opportunity for a self-starting Project Accountant / Finance Analyst has arisen with a Leatherhead based client.
Working within a small delivery team in a large joint venture project, you will be responsible for the over all financial management for the team, including the provision of meaningful and accurate financial information, with insightful interpretation and analysis, to help drive financial performance.
Reporting into the FD you will be working as part of the Senior team managing the Project Delivery Directorate. Other Responsibilities include
·Act as the interface from Project Delivery team back to wider Finance team
·Production of the monthly Project Financial and Commercial Control Report (PFCR)
·Responsible for all internal Financial Reporting and ad-hoc reports
·Assist Project managers with financial management of each project and aid in ad-hoc detail
·Responsible for tracking and control of Finance related queries for Project Team.
·Reconciliation of Costs
·Undertake a monthly interrogation of the various internal financial dashboard systems for the projects team, provide with exception highlighting and reporting to the Project leadership team.
The ideal candidate will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA fully qualified, possess supervisory experience and have a strong ability to work independently and within a team. You will be commercially focused and will have exceptional technical skills.
