PROJECT FINANCE MANAGER FOR LARGE PROPERTY BUSINESS IN CENTRAL LONDON
12 MONTH ROLE
My client is a global property management business. They have just won a new large contract and require an experienced project finance manager to set up the financial reporting and management information for the new client. This is a high profile role which will involve working with the management team to ensure that they are able to get the relevant commercial financial information each month in order that they can effectively manage the contract.
The role of project finance manager works closely with the UK Financial Director and the client facing team on all aspects of the business to ensure the contract deliverables are met and revenue and profitability is secured. There will be financial forecasting of the project revenues and budgeting around the cost base. There will be the opportunity to implement new and improved ways of working and financial processes and to support the role out of a new financial system.
This is a very commercial role with a large amount of interaction with the client facing team. As such applicants must be strong communicators, posses the ability to influence and challenge the business and have the ability to really understand the commercial objectives and factors effective decision making. Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they understand the property / facilities management industry and have experience of setting up client / contract accounting in the past.
