Project Accountant
The Project Accountant position will create cost sheet based on management worksheets, sales summary worksheets for sales department, and ensure that all invoices have been properly reviewed and approved. The position is located in Addison and will report to the CFO.
Responsibilities
- Work with accounts receivable
- Receive and input all invoices
- Perform 3 way matching for all purchases
- Identify and resolve price discrepancies
- Manage Weekly check run
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3-5 years of similar experience
- Real estate experience is a must
- Solid Excel software skills is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing
- Experience in construction industry
