My client seeks an accountant with experience of working on large projects to join a dynamic team where the growth projectile is rising significantly. The cost and base work they are currently undertaking at the Coventry site is being recognised throughout this global company, enhancing their reputation as a centre of excellence, especially in their expanding industrial and pharmaceutical sectors.

Ideally, you will be ambitious with at least a CIMA or ACCA passed finalist certificate or the equivalent, however study support may be considered for the right candidate. As well as the standard XL tools, you will be familiar with SAP and may have used Hyperion, which is necessary for group reporting. Succession planning based on merit is very much a consideration for this employer, so your career progression will be assured if you have a can do attitude.

You must have experience of MI driven projects, servicing the requirements of client side and external stakeholders, whilst maximising internal profitability.

If you are capable of working on £50m+ projects, where scrutinising cost of works and PL margins to manage efficiencies and maintain a cash neutral spend, this could be your ideal opportunity.

I am looking for someone who can forecast spend whilst maintaining ongoing budget cover and authority, who is undaunted handling value billing and reporting the same to Directors and at client meetings.
