Project Administration Representative (3+ years)

Specific Job Description Provide support to the Aeronautical Center NISC program office. Specific duties include but are not limited to: new employee orientation, eTimecard administration and charging instructions, Task Order staffing, certification of invoice charges, monthly program status reports, employee benefits, employee training, employee travel, new employee resume approval, NISC Work Plans, office procedures maintenance, and employee communications. Standard Job Description Represents organizational unit on administrative matters. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as Finance, Human Resources, Purchasing, and/or Traffic. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.
