Project Administrator
Temporary role up to 4 weeks
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hour week
Patient Facing - must be able to drive
DBS Check will be needed
An important job has arisen working with the NHS in Leicester City Centre. They are launching a new service and looking for a confident and autonomously working individual to conduct patient facing research to help them with the project. You will be visiting local care homes in the Leicester area, providing a brief presentation on the service and gathering patients views on the service. You will then be writing brief reports on your findings and presenting them to the Project Manager.
Key Duties:
* Booking appointments at local care homes in Leicester
* Presenting a document brief to residents and potential users of the new service
* Collating feedback from the residents on their thoughts of the service
* Writing a summary of reports and presenting them to the Project Manager
Key Skills:
* Ability to manage own workload and work autonomously
* Ability to drive around Leicestershire visiting care homes - must have own mode of transport
* Been in a patient facing position within the NHS previously
* Good presentation and communication skills
* Ability to write a summary of findings
