American Fire Restoration, LLC provides a full range of cleaning and restoration services for structures and their contents that have been damaged by fire, soot, smoke, mold, and water. We are a fast-paced, growing company seeking someone that can play an integral role in our daily operations. The nature of our work requires an individual to excel at multi-tasking in a time sensitive environment and must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, be reliable and very prompt. No prior knowledge of the restoration or insurance industry is necessary.

The Project Administrator’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·         Receptionist duties

·         Taking new water, fire and mold losses

·         Scheduling project manager appointments

·         Supporting project manager’s in the field to successfully complete each job

·         Communicating with client's through job completion

·         Tracking and following up on various job related tasks

·         Working on special projects and assignments as requested

 

Candidate must:

·         Be detail oriented and very well organized

·         Have excellent communication skills in order to email and talk with colleagues, clients, subcontractors and other third parties

·         Be proficient with MS Office (word, excel, outlook)

·         Be familiar with tri-state area geography

·         Be able to multitask in a very fast paced work environment

·         Manage time and responsibilities efficiently to maximize performance

 

We will train individual to become familiar with water and fire damage losses. This is a full-time position with potential weekends and evening work required on overtime basis.
