We're looking for a Project Administrator/ Team Assistant to join our Advanced Security Centres (ASC) in Melbourne. The ASC is well-established and vibrant team of professionals who are a part of a global network. This team works with top tier businesses to provide solutions around information security risks as the complexity of technologies and communication continue to grow in the market. Due to the rising demand for their client services, they are in need of a proactive individual to support the team's administration. This is a newly created opportunity.
As a Project Administrator you will be responsible for duties such as:
- Drafting and organising Engagement Agreements as per internal EY requirements.
- Tracking and reporting the status of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Performing invoice requisitions and following-up of payments.
- Assisting with on-boarding and coordination of staff at client locations.
- Managing the schedules for ASC projects based on client requirements availability.
- Managing multiple projects to enable successful and timely completion of the projects.
- Managing various databases, spreadsheets and filing needs of the ACS team
- Recommending and implementing changes to internal processes for improving efficiencies.
Having experience within a similar corporate role will be critical to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the following:
- Coordinating multiple projects in a fast paced corporate environment.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodology, tools and templates (includes project planning, schedule development, scope management and cost management).
- Superior organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (including negotiation)
- Ability to identify and align with the strategic business direction
