Project Analyst
The primary focus of this position is to provide the Business Units with leadership in all pre-project (including FEA, OAs/BCs, and business planning activities) and project development/implementation activities.
You will find success based on your ability to:
- Provide support in the development of Business Plans.
- Perform Front-End Analysis.
- Lead in the development of Opportunity Assessments and Business Cases.
- Lead in the development of Requirements Documents.
- Lead in the development and execution of Requests for Proposals.
- Provide support in the solution determination process.
- Ensure the proper integration of the technical and non-technical components of the overall solution.
- Provide coordination and support to the Project Manager in all aspects of the project delivery life cycle.
- Ensure consistent application of the ATB Program/Project Delivery Methodology (PDM).
- Coordinate with Stakeholders throughout all phases of the project delivery life cycle.
- Provides leadership to the Business Units in development of project test plans and the execution of the plans.
- Manage, coordinate and monitor project implementation and post implementation as required.
- Support the Project Manager in issue management.
- Perform industry research and benchmarking as required.
- Perform special assignments on an as required basis.
Job Requirements:

- Competent in Business Analysis Planning and Approach
- Proficient in Elicitation
- Competent - Proficient in Requirements Management and Communication
- Advanced Beginner - Competent in Enterprise Analysis
- Competent in Requirements Analysis
- Competent in Solution Assessment and Validation
- Ability to network and cultivate a productive working relationship with Business Unit representatives and third-party service providers.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively, both as a group leader and independently.
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong business, project and change management acumen.
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills to recognize and comprehend complex issues, policies, regulatory requirements and industry information affecting ATBIS’s environment.
- Excellent customer service, leadership, communication, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize activities and excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills (with the ability to learn new applications).
- Project/Business Analysis experience.
- Experience in project delivery and an understanding of the project delivery life cycle.
- Experience in process development and implementation.
- University degree in Business Management or a post-secondary accreditation in a related field.
- Financial Institution experience an asset.
