Project Analyst
Our client an established Banking Organisation based in Edinburgh are currently recruiting for a Project Analyst to work on a Credit/Debit Card project for a 6 month rolling contract.
You will be required to:
Work with key stakeholders, gathering information, understanding issues, identifying opportunities and analysing options.
Show a flexible approach and ability to manage changing circumstances is essential.
The objective of the role will be:
To support the development of the Cards Target Operating model, with the aim of streamlining processes, improving transparency, building effectiveness between divisions and most importantly improving the experience for the customer.
To research, analyse and evaluate options, providing input to recommendations to ensure delivery of effective and sustainable change· Provide high quality detailed analysis.
To take part in meetings/workshops between business area and representatives from other business areas as appropriate.
Within the project structure, may take responsibility for managing the relationship with stakeholders, where appropriate
Business Knowledge:
Working knowledge of business operations
Stakeholder engagement relationship management
Project/Change Management: · Methodologies and project life cycle in a change environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and other appropriate applications
Previous Knowledge and Experience·
Knowledge of Credit / Debit card operations would be advantageous but not essential
Knowledge of the project lifecycle
Proven track record on working in a project environment
