Project Analyst / Business Analyst
A large retail bank is looking to recruit a Project Analyst or Business Analyst to help support a programme which is looking to upgrade its core operating systems within the ATM area.
The objective of the project is to ensure the new systems are successfully implemented in a controlled manner.
Seamless delivery of customer service will be paramount so testing of the systems prior, during and after the implementation has taken place will be a key enabler together with development and administration of suitable business process definition and associated training.
You will be supporting the project manager with supporting multiple workstreams and driving the implementation and testing of the new systems.
To be considered for this position you must have
Financial services experience
Experience working as a project analyst or business analyst
Implementation experience. You do not need to have managed this but you will need to have supported the implementation of a project.
Strong stakeholder management exposure
