Project Analyst Job in Evansville, Indiana Us
Manpower Evansville is currently recruiting for a Project Analyst. This position would be responsible for initiating and tracking all requirements associated with fiber build projects and managing the various facets of the business surrounding them.
Essential Job Functions include:
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to monitor receipt of and be assertive about obtaining required information
- Demonstrated skills analyzing and organizing financial information
- Review and analysis of cost information for the project
- Procurement and analysis of cost information from systems used by the organization
- Sound organizational skills
- Effective use of MS Work, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software deemed necessary to perform the assigned duties of the position
- Proactively seek and recommend improvement initiatives
- Facilitate information flow among team members
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to initiating and/or updating project related documents to the Project Managers, Fiber Design/Engineering Team, Splicing, Subcontractors, Permitting and others as deemed appropriate by management. This position may be involved in procuring cost estimates, proposed fiber routes and material estimates as forecasting costs associated with assigned projects is an essential function of this position. This position will also be involved in results tracking and administrative duties surrounding the use of systems used within the departments.
Bachelor degree or better in a related field preferred as well as 2+ years experience as a Project Manager or Financial Analyst within the telecommunications/data networking environment is preferred. This position is a temporary position expected to last about 6 months and will pay between $25/hr and $30/hr.
