Principal Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between NCO Operations departments through current knowledge of Client expectations and interests to ensure business needs are met by the improvement of processes and the implementation of projects to bring new initiatives to NCO.
- Create basic project plans to detail steps to implement new initiatives including developing a project schedule to ensure a timely delivery and determining appropriate resources.
- Submit proposed project plans to Project Manager for approval and make changes as necessary.
- Coordinate activities of project stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of high quality projects at or under budget.
- Responsible for maintaining a professional and effective relationship with Clients.
- Ensure project issues and concerns are escalated to management to be addresses efficiently to ensure all operational processes work properly through an understanding of NCO and Client business need.
- Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.
- Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with NCO policies and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of functional area and company policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement as well as performance of team.
- Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
- 1 year of relevant project management experience required. 2 years of relevant project management experience preferred.
- Previous collection industry experience and practices preferred.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with Clients, Consumers, Co-workers, Administrators, and/or Key Contacts.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a multi-tasked environment.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
