Project Analyst recruitment
A leading bank is looking at hiring a Project Analyst to support project portfolio management and PMO department performance in the delivery of banking infrastructure projects.
Principal Role:
- Develop and maintain a project portfolio view of inter/intra dependencies and milestones across projects. This includes the tracking of issues, risks and actions arise in the portfolio.
- Assist in program and project portfolio consolidated reporting
- Coordinate collation of all necessary reporting information to management
- Ensure consistent reporting and communication at the project portfolio level
- Support project managers in project related administration activities, e.g. to organize and minute meetings, track and report project financials, track and report project status, risk and issues, follow up on deliverable sign-off and vendor contracts, etc.
Qualifications/Experience
- Tertiary education is required
- At least 6 years of experience in PMO or project coordination, preferably in the banking industry.
- Advantage to have experience in PMO of large scale IT program
- Advantage to have understanding of Infrastructure project life cycle.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies.
- Ability to work independently
