Key Responsibilities

• Run the Programme Management Office for a portfolio of global projects

• Take ownership of your own projects and implement changes in HR

• Manage the programme budget, tack benefits delivery and identify and resolve issues

• Manage the preparation of various reports and help manage the portfolio of change requests and projects in the project tracker

• Help to re-engineer HR processes and develop the next version of our HR target operating model

• Develop a roadmap of the strategic changes that HR need to make in the next 3-5 years

• Get involved in changing the way we track and manage Non Employed Workers

• Carry out a range of administrative duties such as helping to prepare presentations, documents and meetings

Experience, Qualifications Skills

• Preferably some PMO or project management and execution experience

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint

• The numerical skills and clear focus on detail to identify anomalies and inconsistencies

• Strong written and spoken English and the ability to originate correspondence that presents information well

• Strong planning, time management and organisational skills and a flair for prioritising and multi-tasking whilst remaining calm and professional 

• The ability to work in accurately in a fast-paced environment whilst focusing on several diverse areas at the same time

• A team ethos that enables you to work effectively and build relationships with people at all levels, particularly senior management

• The ability to understand business priorities and help a busy and demanding team to achieve wide range of objectives
