Project and Office Coordinator recruitment

In this challenging position, your first task will be to project manage an office construction and relocation where experience in property management would be an asset to have. This will require you to liaise with and oversee the work of the designers, architects, contractors and suppliers, ensuring the smooth completion and relocation of the entire office. Next to this you will be responsible for a team of 2 and manage company operations in the areas of HR, IT, Marketing, supplies and maintenance. You will delegate tasks such as managing the office diary, organising travel arrangements, arranging staff events and liaising with recruitment agencies to these 2 team members.  

Once the office relocation project is completed, you will be involved in managing many other projects including those with their investee companies allowing exposure to multitude businesses and different stakeholders.

As you have to deal with a number of high calibre people and confidential information, our client is looking for a professional candidate with strong ethical norms as well as excellent organisational and communicational skills. Also it is required that you possess the following attributes:

• Fluency in English with Russian or German being highly beneficial
• At least 5 years work experience in a similar position and environment
• Successful project management experience
• A strong sense of initiative
• Strong process orientation
• Maturity and self confidence
• Ethics and integrity are of utmost importance

Furthermore you have good MS Office skills as well as a flexible personality and are able to deal with pressure and-hoc requests.
