Project Assistant Public Affairs

Full Job Description

Our client is an energy company with global reach. They are looking for a Project Assistant for Public Affairs for a 16 month project to support their international team in their Headquarters in Switzerland. You will be working closely with the public affairs and communications department and the legal team. You will be supporting Public Affairs in process management, coordinating meetings, support power point presentations, expense report handlings, etc.

You will either be a graduate from law school or someone who has good experience in project management ideally with experience in an international organisation. Excellent English is a must, any other language a plus. Start date is as soon as possible.

This is an outstanding opportunity to gain very interesting work experience in a niche area.
