PROJECT ASSISTANT recruitment
This role will report to the Senior Legal Adviser.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production of the new task management system (technical assistance and co ordination)
- Provide cover and/or additional support to members of the Regulatory Reporting AML team as required.
- Assist with other ad hoc legal assignments.
Core Skills:
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation and accuracy/attention to detail are essential attributes.
- The ability to learn new tasks quickly and work well under pressure is also essential.
- The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is used to working on their own initiative.
- Discretion and reliability are vital.
Core Requirements:
- Applicants should be educated to degree level.
- Business project management experience is desirable.
- Previous experience of working within Financial Services, with particular experience of process and controls development/monitoring is desirable.
- Candidates will be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, and any additional systems skills and experience would be advantageous.
