Project / Change Manager recruitment

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Business Change Division, based inEdinburgh. Working within the Financial Services Sector, for leading a leading FS Institution.

You would be aligned to one of the high performing Change Delivery Managers, delivering key projects. I am looking for high calibre candidates with proven involvement in a Change or project environment with experience in detailed business and process analysis plus project management experience.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will liaise confidently with BAU supervisors, senior managers and client contacts. Good man-management skills would also be a distinct advantage, and an analytical approach to the role is required.

A proven project manager or lead analyst (with industry recognised qualifications in this area where possible). A confident decision-maker with the ability to weigh up all potential options prior to making decisions.

A methodical and logical approach to the job is beneficial. Accuracy and completeness are essential to the success of each project, the team and theEdinburghoperation.

Experience using Microsoft project and visio (or other similar drawing tools) would also benefit the successful candidate.

The successful candidate should also have a significant amount of industry experience within Financial Markets and knowledge of a broad range of products and various asset types would be beneficial.

Applicants should be numerate, computer literate with the ability to understand new systems quickly.
