Rate/Salary: £350 – 600 per day – depending on experience and employment type

Due to growth within our Regulatory Compliance practice, we are currently seeking highly skilled professionals with experience which can be utilised to assist our clients in their within the FCA and PRA regulated environments. RGP works with financial services organisations, providing hands-on assistance and practical advice. We provide our clients ongoing compliance support including consultancy on regulatory issues, reviews, expert witness, compliance monitoring and investigations. Our team of specialists cover disciplines within all types of regulated firms. Having worked within a regulated firm and/or for a regulator, our professionals seamlessly integrate into client teams and help manage change from the “inside out”.
Prior experience of one or some of the following areas are essential:
• Conduct Issues
• Data Infrastructure Management
• Financial Crime
• Know Your Client
• Corporate governance frameworks
• Ethics and Culture
• Skilled Person reviews
• Senior Management Systems and Controls
• Data security
• Capital Adequacy and Liquidity
• Stress Testing
• Training and Competence
