Our established client is pursuing a dynamic individual for the role of Project Control Management.

 

Responsibilities

 

Functional Responsibilities
- Prepare complex engineering and construction schedules for major projects.
- Initiate reports for management regarding project scheduling.
- Make decisions involving planning organizing and scheduling of work.
- Recommend changes in methods and systems.

Leadership Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to co-workers.
- Supervise work of subordinates within a large work unit.
- Provide employees with training and development opportunities.
- Provide input into salary recommendations and performance evaluations.
- Make staffing recommendations and other HR activities.

 

 Qualifications


- University graduation with a minimum of 8 years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Significant knowledge in planning and scheduling methods and procedures related to project work.
