Job Description About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high quality consulting services to clients, representing the firm in all matters to successfully deliver the consulting services in line with client and company policy and plans. Key Responsibilities Responsible for managing the Project Controls team and ensuring Project Controls systems and processes are set-up and implemented for various projects. Management of the Cost Control Team, Document Control, Value Management, Change Management, Project Management systems setup and reporting. Tracking of capital expenditure on projects as well as fee revenue earned by the project and reporting this back to the relevant parties on a weekly and monthly basis. Tracking in Primavera P6 of projects and reporting these back to relevant parties on a monthly basis. Setup and capture of time by team in ProPM Value and Change Management on projects Tracking Earned Value on the project Management of the assembly of the weekly and monthly reporting to relevant parties. Skills and Attributes Required Preferred tertiary qualifications in an Engineering, Project Management or related construction discipline. Post-graduate qualifications in Project Management would be highly regarded. Very high level of understanding of project control practices Ability to coach and mentor Minimum 10 years prior experience in a similar role with experience working on multiple large projects Experience on one or more EPCM, Alliance or major DC projects Very high level of written and oral communication skills
