Project Controls/Scheduler Job in Columbus, Ohio Us


We are seeking a qualified Project Controls Cost/Schedule Analyst to develop master schedules.  Opportunities exist in OH, VA, and OK.  

Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of baseline schedules, performing progress updates to master program schedules, reviewing contractor baseline schedules and analyzing monthly contractor construction updates, creating conceptual design and construction schedules, making recommendations to mitigate delays and completing project status reports on highway, bridge and facility construction projects.  

Other responsibilities may include: Cash Flow Forecasting, Integrated Master Schedule Development, Critical Path Management and Reporting, Resource Cost Loaded Schedules and Progress Curve Development, Earned Value Development and Analysis, Manpower Schedules and Craft Curve Development, Look Ahead Schedules, and Development of Custom Monthly Status Reports. Requirements

Qualified candidates should possess all of the following: a minimum of 5 yrs experience in Engineering/Construction/Construction Management, a minimum of 2 yrs scheduling experience using Primavera P6, a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or Civil Engineering preferred.  A positive attitude is a must.   

Other qualifications include strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
