Project Coordination Officer Job in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania US
Seeking Project Coordination Officer (PCO) for temporary, grant-funded position responsible for overseeing updates to the Strategic Risk Management Plan (SRMP) for the Sector Delaware Bay Area Maritime Security Committee (AMSC). The PCO will act as the primary liaison between various agencies and assist with the development of a Request for Proposals, vendor selection, as well as project management. Candidate must possess five or more years’ experience in risk/security analysis, maritime/safety/security, or marine security services. In addition, the applicant must have five or more years’ experience in strategic planning and project management. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred (MBA a plus) as well as knowledge of PPD-8, National Preparedness Goal, and the DHS Grant Program is a plus. The candidate must meet the criteria established by the USCG for the purposes of viewing sensitive security information (SSI).
