Position Summary

Under general direction of the Manager, supports the business in the implementation of enhancements to support business and customer needs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develops process flows
  2. Develops project plans and technical documentation and provides ordering and reporting support as needed to ensure customer business continuity
  3. Assists in creating and/or reviewing project plans to help determine timeframes and processes for completing the project
  4. Adheres to and assists in the development of standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation
  5. Assists in the post-implementation analysis to review and evaluate if the requirements were fulfilled
  6. Performs related duties as assigned
  7.  

Experience and Education Requirements

Requires some training in fields such as business administration, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years related and progressively responsible experience.

  1. Excellent project management skills and ability to manage team in the accomplishment of common goals; ability to break down obstacles in the path of project plan
  2. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with solid time management skills
  3. Ability to document business requirements

  5. Good analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and identify appropriate solutions
