PROJECT COORDINATOR POSITION SUMMARY
CenTrak is seeking a Project Coordinator to work with the Project Manager to organize projects for our Real-Time Location products. This is an opportunity to join a world-class team. You will be working in a highly collaborative environment, with a cross-functional team to deliver an outstanding product. The Project Coordinator will be proactive and possess a desire to succeed in the management of multiple projects in a challenging environment. The Project Coordinator will demonstrate strong communication, organization, and team-building skills. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vertical knowledge in healthcare, technology solutions, software or IT. Familiarity in these areas will be helpful to this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supporting the Project Manager as required
• Supporting an average of two to three projects simultaneously
• Performing administrative tasks associated with each project
• Participating in project meetings, conference calls, and training calls, preparing notes and disseminating to team members
• Interfacing directly with clients and taking accountability for projects assigned
• Reviewing documents; reading and understanding project protocol documents
• Ensuring resources are engaged in proper assignments; assigning and coordinating travel requirements of Engineering and other Technical resources
• Providing recommendations on areas for departmental or implementation process improvements
Identifying areas of improvement for departmental efficiencies to enhance the value of the projects
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a healthcare related field
· Two years proven experience successfully coordinating/administering two or more consecutive projects
· Self-starter, with strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through, attention to detail and orientation towards results
· Ability to perform well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to interface with key decision makers inside and outside of the organization
· Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and project management tool sets
· Ability to balance multiple priorities
· Strong organizational skills
· Proficient working with MS Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Working knowledge of software and hardware development processes a plus
· Working knowledge of healthcare industry especially workflow and medical industry implementation is a plus
· Ability to travel approximately 5%
