Project Coordinator
Synopsis:
Process orders through various ordering systems on behalf of government customers. Work with sales to obtain minimum data set of order information. Manage daily ordering workload, enter orders into the required systems and providing order status updates as needed. Daily activity output averages 4-5 orders entered and 4-5 orders modified for an average output of 10 good submissions per day. Interact with Client Business Managers and Account Executives regarding customer needs, order forecast, prioritization, issue resolution, order status and order escalation management. Trouble-shoot order errors, resolve billing issues, support post order review processes, maintain SME status for assigned work and systems utilized via training. The candidate is responsible and accountable for ensuring that service requests are correctly implemented into the business, operational and billing environments. The candidate provides a hand-off of service co serves as a single point of contact until a completed and accurate first bill has been rendered. The candidate will assist sales in the First Bill Review and the clean-up of billing issues and accounts receivable issues after the service is implemented.

Proficient with Microsoft Office family of software with expertise in Excel
Good problem solving skills
Good communication skills
Ability to navigate quickly on computers and throughout numerous systems and tools.
