Ajilon is now hiring for a Project Coordinator for a reputable full service Real Estate company located in downtown Seattle. This position will be support a VP and several Project managers with various project related administrative functions. This individual must be able to create and consolidate Excel reports using formulas and have excellent computer skills. This individual may develop Policies and Procedures and write contracts, therefore excellent written communication skills are essential. We are looking for a dedicated self-starter, flexible and adaptable, who is willing to learn and take on new responsibilities. Our ideal candidate is someone who is an independent worker with strong organizational and communication skills with great attention to detail. You must have a professional demeanor, be responsible, and content with repetitive tasks. We are looking for an individual who is quick and consistent. Experience in the construction / remodeling / architectural business is preferred.
