Project Coordinator (PMO) recruitment
This is a great opportunity for a strong project coordinator / administrator to join a dynamic and fast paced PMO function within an investment bank.
Maintain organisation charts (monthly).
Facilitate monthly and quarterly status reporting to Snr Management up to, and including, Board Level.
EU Support for local IT project portfolio tools.
Provide support on a range of tasks for our IT Office Manager/Executive P.A. to European Head of Technology.
Ad hoc tasks to support PMO colleagues.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Liaise with Project Managers for regular project status reporting helping to build the reporting packs.
• Support the Portfolio Planning Manager on financial related management aspects including controls around invoicing and assisting with the annual IT budget planning process.
• Oversight of IT governance tools, EPM, PWA, MIS, EITS:
o Employee Directory / MIS Reconciliation (MIS).
o Transit Pack – exception investigation analysis.
• Creation of European Organisational Charts for all Front Office businesses, Control Functions and Support Functions in RBC Capital Markets Europe.
o Monthly review and maintenance of Organisational Charts.
• Provide support for on-going commitments of the European Project Management Office team (including assistance with regulatory responses).
