Project Coordinator / Project Planner

An excellent opportunity has arisen at Visa Europe for a Project Coordinator / Project Planner. The role is based inReadingwith travel to London Paddington.

As the Project Coordinator you will need to have experience of a complex multi project environment. Used to producing regular reports, delivery and resource status dashboards for projects. Experience in creating / managing detailed plans of technical deliverables on multiple projects

The main responsibilities are:

- Create regular status reports taking input from all teams members and submitting to the head of the Delivery Directorate for review

- Supporting the head of the Delivery Directorate in producing the yearly team plan and out of this produce and distribute weekly team plans with key deliverables

- Support the team in creating reports/dashboards that show the latest delivery status on all projects in the portfolio as well as available capacity

- Managing end to end the Portfolio Supply Meeting process and engaging regularly with resource champions and supply department resource forum owners to ensure the commitment process runs smoothly end to end.

- Providing ad-hoc support in setting up nested plans in Workbench/Niku for projects they are assigned and ensuring these are in place before supply side commitment happens

- Produce and keep up to date a team issues and risks log and supporting the managers and teams resourcing processes.
